Who is the program designed for
To join the incubator as an incubated company can apply candidates who are planning to start or are already set-up innovative companies (company or business) with a focus on providing products and services in the field of technology under the following table:


Entry into the incubator as an incubated company: The possibility to be as a incubated company
the end of the third year after the establishment of the company (registered in the Register of the Slovak Republic or Trade Register) * Max. period of three years (five years in the field of bio-
and nanotechnology) *

* Before entering the incubator firm should be less than three years on the market. Exception - less than five years applies only to the field of bio- and nanotechnology.

What advantages can be used in the program

Incubated companies can use during incubated period of the following benefits:

  • preferential rent furnished office space including services connected with lettings (electricity, water, gas - heating, OLO, cleaning) under the currently valid price list
  • the use of technical equipment - a network printer, copier, scanner, fax
  • the ability to use the incubator address as your business location
  • mailbox at the premises of the incubator management, receipt registered mail at the request of the company (based on the equipment authorization for mail retrieval) and notice of waking mailpiece
  • possibility to use free meeting room with a capacity for 20 people for internal company meetings (meetings with business partners, internal training, etc.)
  • the possibility of using other meeting and conference rooms and additional services (rent a laptop, projector and sound systems) on concessional terms
  • mediation connection to the Internet network operated by SANET
  • gives access to laboratories within the premises STU
  • mediation of contacts to investors in venture capital
  • consulting services designed to support business development and subject to availability UTI STU
  • consulting services in the field of protection of objects of intellectual property rights and industrial rights, prediagnostics mediation between the beneficiary and the Industrial Property Office
  • promotion companies within the incubator activities (conferences, seminars, participation in fairs and exhibitions, contributions in the press and so on.) and on the website of the incubator and STU (www.inqb.sk, www.stuba.sk)
  • common areas, kitchen.

Obligations of the incubated companies
Incubated company shall comply with the conditions agreed in the framework agreement  and obligations set-up in the lease agreement (signed on entering the incubator for one year). If the incubated companies will comply with the conditions and obligations of the rental contract will be renewed for another year following the period for which the company was accepted into the incubator.

Conditions for participation in the program
Each candidate for admission to the incubator as an incubated company must submit the necessary documents to incubator management and must pass an evaluation of the selection board of the incubator. One candidate may be supported in an incubator with a maximum of two trading companies.

Submission of documents

When applying for entry into the incubator as an incubated company (for inclusion in the Program InQb) the applicant shall submit the following documents:
1. Request for entry into the incubator
2. Business Plan
3. CV/ s of founders of comapny
4. The extract from the OR SR or Trade Registrer (if the company already started to apply for entry into the incubator)

Documents shall cancidate submit in one copy in printed form with an original signature on the application questionnaire and CV / OCH (by mail or personally at the following address: University technology incubator STU Pionierska 15, 831 02 Bratislava) as well as in electronic form (doc format. or pdf.) e-mail: info@inqb.sk
After the submittion of the documents could he management of the incubator do their formal control. In the absence of data will asked the candidate by managmenet of the incubator to complete the documents (the deadline of 10 working days). If the the management of the incubator will be satisfied with the outcome of the formal inspection, send the documents submitted for the evaluation of the selection committee.

Evaluation of selection committee
Evaluation of candidates submitted documents is provided by filling scoreboard - electronically form for the members of the selection board, along with other documents from the applicant. The selection committee has in the evaluation of at least three members who signed the statutory declaration of impartiality and confidentiality of business confidentiality documents submitted by the applicants. Members and chairman of the Commission are appointed rector of STU. In the case of an even number of members of the Commission shall determine the incubator staff the name of  members of the Commission who will have two votes when votes are tied. If the President of the Commission can not participate in the evaluation, the staff ofincubator select a replacement of the President of the Commission. Choosing him from among the other members of the Commission.
The candidate is successful if the majority of the Commission will recommend the adoption of the incubator as an incubated company. If successful in the evaluation of more candidates than the spatial capacity of the incubator, the Commission shall determine the order of successful candidates in which they have the right to benefit from the program.
Incubator staff announced the result of the evaluation to candiadate and submit the decision on their acceptance / non-acceptance into the program InQb within 30 working days of receiving the documents management incubator in printed form. In the case of displaced by this deadline, the candidate will be notify in writing form by incubator staff within that period.
